Is this a General Admission show? What does that mean?
Yes, this is a General Admission event. Your ticket allows entry to a General Admission or VIP viewing area (there will not be seats and bringing your own seats is not permitted). Please refer to the event map during the ticket purchase process to learn more about the viewing areas and pricing details for the event.
What is the re-entry policy?
There will be no re-entry once you have exited the event.
Can I bring something to sit on during the concert?
Yes, blankets, beach towels and sheets are permitted inside the venue to create a seating area for your group. Please note that any item that would cause raised seating (beach or camping chair, pillows) are not permitted.
Will there be an area of the venue that blankets will not be permitted?
Yes, there will be a designated area between the soundboard/mix position and the stage where sitting on blankets will not be permitted to avoid crowd safety issues. There will be ample area with views of the stage where sitting on blankets will be allowed behind this zone.
Can I bring my pet?
No sorry. Only ADA service animals are allowed on-site. For more information, please reach out to ADA@PaulSimonInThePark.com
Can I bring my children?
Yes – all ages welcome. Ages 2 and under are free and do not require a ticket; all other kids must have a ticket of their own. Baby strollers are allowed.
Will there be ATMs on premises?
Yes, plus all on-site vendors accept credit cards, debit, and cash.
Will there be lockers available for rent?
No, lockers will not be available on-site at the event.
Will there be drinking water available to fill up my water bottle?
Yes! Just remember that your bottle must be less than 1 Liter capacity and should be empty upon entry (or factory-sealed). Please note that metal and/or glass water bottles will not be permitted inside the gates.
Will there be power stations to charge my phone?
Yes! We’ll have power stations throughout the venue, however, you will need to bring your own charger.
Will there be bicycle parking?
We will offer bike parking, please stay tuned for more information. Bicycles will not be permitted inside the venue gates.
What kind of ID do I need to pick up my ticket or to purchase drinks? What if my ID is expired?
Only valid (non-expired) government-issued photo IDs will be accepted. International patrons must bring their passport.
Will I be searched upon entry?
Event security will search all persons and bags prior to entry. Please review the prohibited items list if you aren’t sure whether or not you can bring something.
What if it rains?
This is a rain or shine event. Please bring your rain boots, ponchos, or other rain wear in the case of inclement weather. As a reminder, umbrellas are not permitted inside the event.
I am a vendor interested in selling my food / product on-site. Who do I contact?
Vendors are encouraged to reach out to email@example.com for consideration to be featured on-site.
I'm a photographer. Who do I arrange a photo pass through?

Can I bring my prescription medication?
Yes! Please coordinate with ADA@paulsimoninthepark.com to make sure you don’t have any trouble with security when entering the event.
Where is the box office / will call?
A box office will be located at the entrance to the event and will open at 12PM on the show day. Please refer to the event map on the Getting There page.

Is there accessible seating available at the event?
Yes – persons with disabilities can have a great experience at the event! There is an Accessible/Limited Mobility area that will allow those who must remain seated to enjoy the show. Please check out the Accessibility section at the bottom of this page for additional information or email ADA@paulsimoninthepark.com.
Who do I contact regarding a lost item?
Can I bring my own food & drink? Will there be food & drink for sale?
Unfortunately, you will not be permitted to bring your own food into the venue. There will be food & drink for sale with all vendors accepting cash or credit cards. You will be allowed to bring in one (1) factory sealed bottle of water per person, up to 1L.
